Some Thoughts on Grief

Some Thoughts on Grief

Some of us are dealing okay, but some of us aren’t. I guess that’s the same everywhere, right? Some of us heal faster. Some of us heal slowly and gradually. Some of us begin to heal and then it catches up with us again and we come crashing down. Some of us don’t even know how it happens; one day they’re fine and the next they’re not. We all heal differently.

What are You bringing into 2020?

What are You bringing into 2020?

It’s that time again… not just the ending of another year, but the end of another decade. This is a time where many people are making their new year resolutions, and talking about fresh starts.
2019 has been a year of ups and downs, and tonight, I’m considering what I am going to take with me into not only 2020, but this new decade, and the future. I wonder what you want to take with you? What are some things you’d like to leave behind? Here are a few things to think about:

To Hold the Grudge, or Let it Go?

Dear Friends,

It’s been a while since I have posted here, and I apologise for that.

Hope: Why it’s worth fighting for

Hope: Why it’s worth fighting for

There are some days, where you simply ‘have’ hope. It’s just there. And then other days, you really have to fight for it. A quote that I love and can really relate to is “Sometimes you have to fight a battle more than once to win it”. If depression, anxiety or other struggles are something … Read More

I feel as though some of the things that went down between us through our friendship, especially towards the end, are something that I need to speak up about. We … Read More
