Some days are better than others. Things might be going smoothly, then all of a sudden, something will just snap. And it’s not smooth anymore. It’s a bumpy, crazy, terrifying ride. One thing that is important to remember, is that it’s okay to not be okay. We aren’t always going to feel good. Another thing to remember is that it’s okay to actually be okay. And it’s not the end of the world when things spiral out of control, or are a little unstable for a time. We just need to keep going. Just need to keep swimming.
Things will turn out better eventually. Right not for me, this is a bit of a bumpy time, I feel like I’m pretty all over the place. Recent changes in my medications sent things a little crazy, they began to level out (sort of), then for a few reasons medication was increased again, and things have somewhat spiraled again. But it’s okay. It will get better.
If you feel like you’re on a bit of a down spiral, hang in there. Things will pick up again and it will be okay 🙂 I need to remember that myself, and I often need the reminders and encouragement that yes, it will get better soon. Just need to ride out the waves, and then keep on swimming.
